We value your personal choice for surgical care and strive to exceed your expectations. As we focus on your individual needs, we encourage you to share any preferences, concerns or special considerations to help us provide you with the best possible care.

How is the surgery center DIFFERENT than a hospital?

Since our surgery center is designed exclusively for out patient surgery, we are able to offer patients a convenient, comfortable and generally less costly alternative to the hospital.

The center’s warm surroundings and the increased level of individual attention from our staff minimizes the stress and anxiety that can often be present at hospitals. Our pleasant atmosphere is particularly helpful in easing the fears of children who are scheduled for surgery.

Turn around times between surgeries are usually faster. This means less delays and less waiting. You  also do not have to worry about your surgery being “bumped” by non-related emergencies.

How is the surgery center SIMILAR to a hospital?

Your surgeon is supported by a highly skilled team of registered nurses and medical technicians specially trained in surgical and recovery care.

A Board Certified Anesthesiologist will be involved in your surgical care.

Our center is up to date with the latest and safest medical equipment. You can be confident your physician is treating you and your family using the most advanced surgical equipment in the Cache Valley.

Preparation for Surgery/Procedure

You will receive an estimate via text message or email and a phone call the day before your surgery

One week prior to your scheduled surgery you will receive a text message or an email from Spring Creek Surgical Center. Included in this message is a URL link that will direct you to a cost estimate sheet for your upcoming procedure. Listed on this sheet will be an estimate of what your insurance will pay, as well as a complete breakdown of your estimated financial responsibility based on your current benefits. Through this link you will also be able to select an option for payment, request a payment plan, or make other financial arrangements as needed.

You will receive a phone call from one of Spring Creek Surgical Center’s nursing staff.  This call will be placed the day before your scheduled surgery date.  On this phone call, our nurse will first go over your medical history and ask questions pertaining to your overall health.  Second, they will tell you what time to arrive at our office the following day, as well as give you instructions to prepare for your surgery the next day.
